Medal Design:
The decoration features an eight pointed radiant star with detailed sunburst rays. The central medallion depicts a female allegorical figure plowing a field, symbolizing dedication to agriculture and rural labor.
The obverse bears the inscription "MERITO AGRICOLA". Below the medallion is a Spanish heraldic shield. The medal is surmounted by a royal crown suspension and mounted on a rectangular gilt suspension bar with ribbon.
The reverse is plain with natural age patina and construction rivets visible.
